Class is suitable for most people who can get up and down from the floor. No ankles behind the ears, we promise! Beginners welcome. It is our policy that all participants have their cameras ON so we can all see each other just like a face to face class. We use QiGong (slow flowing repeating meditative movement) as well as Yoga postures to create calm, mobility and better strength and balance.
