Friday Restorative Flow

Friday morning classes are the winding down of the week! We start with laying down for a calming and centering meditation and we do a lot of rolling about in various gentle floor postures… flowing our movement with our breath and really letting go into a dreamy state while creating more suppleness in our bodies. Super gentle, newbies no problem.
