Our physical practice of Yoga is meant to leave us with a feeling of “Sattva” or Lightness.

 

These yoga sessions are great for beginners and people needing a no pressure pace while understanding specific alignments that keep your body safe. Learn how to move from the core low and deep in the belly.  Moving slowly, with natural breath from a space of “firm yet calm” we gather energy rather than expending too much energy. Learn how to move and create this within yourself. Ha-Tha Yoga- sometimes referred to as “Sun and Moon” creates areas of high and low pressure within the muscles that moves the blood and energy actively and intentionally in the body. Chi Gong is simple repetitious movements that direct energy flows with slow flowing actions and breath.
