Our physical practice of Yoga is meant to leave us with a feeling of “Sattva” or Lightness.

These yoga sessions are great for beginners and people needing a no pressure pace while gaining knowledge of alignments that help keep your body safe. Gentle breath work to calm the mind and balance your energy. This way of practice leaves us feeling relaxed and happy.  

Qi (pronounced “chee”) Gong is an ancient tradition that may look similar to Tai Chi. Simple repeated movements help harmonise and balance your energy with slow flowing actions and breath.
