Last week I received an Access Consciousness Bars session with Kirsten. I felt totally safe and trusting in her guiding... intuitive hands. I experienced Kirsten’s total focus in each moment as the subtle but powerful energy opened me up to seeing all possibilities in my life. Now each morning on waking, I feel a sense of peace instead of my usual mind chatter. I know a regular Bars session will keep me balanced through everyday life. I can also highly recommend Kirsten and Cedric’s yoga and Matwork Pilates. I love how they both explain the different moves and their effect on the body, very knowledgeable with amazing understanding of how the body functions. Kirsten and Cedric are wonderful people and teachers! I tried yoga for my very first time just a few weeks ago and... Kirsten was very welcoming and supportive. She makes you feel very capable and as though you belong. Her explanations are very clear and easy to follow. There is a big emphasis on bringing awareness to your body and breath and I never quite understood the importance of this till now. My stress levels have decreased since starting yoga and my clarity has improved immensely. Gentle yoga and restorative flow are exactly what my body needs right now so I am very grateful for these sessions and that they run at times that suit my family of 3 kids. The online option allows me to join the sessions whilst my 3 year old stays in the comfort of home and doesn’t interrupt anyone else in the class. Highly recommend Youtopia wellness! Game changer.read more

12 weeks of health and wellness coaching with Kirsten - how does it get better than that! 12 months later I am still... enjoying the benefits of one on one sessions with Kirsten which put me on a path to improving my outlook on life and retraining thought patterns that weren’t serving me (which I didn’t even realise). Kirsten uses a simple framework that is easy to understand and apply and which I’ve found very effective. “Does this make you feel light or heavy?” a seemingly simple question, but as Kirsten will explain, it can be a catalyst for real change and that’s certainly been the case for me. So grateful to connect with Kirsten and Ced again following my move interstate 8years ago. This time though, connecting... via cyberspace. Kirsten and Ceds yoga speaks to every-body which gives the opportunity to drop into your practice knowing you are completely supported. If i can offer advice on doing classes online, •ensure your device is fully charged •ensure your device is larger than a smartphone screen, say laptop or tablet •somehow disable calls (if phone is your only option) so as not to be interrupted during the practice •check your sound volumes prior to practice •and finally, just do it! Online yoga with Cedric for hump day was just the tonic to feel motivated, relaxed and a bit more flexible now working... at home is the norm. Such a great experience and both Cedric and Kirsten are amazing at encouraging you to embrace all that your body and mind has to offer. Totally recommend signing up to their online classes.read more

I attended my first Restorative Yoga class with Kirsten & Cedric on Sunday, & what can I say but....WOW!!! I am still... floating! I didn't think it was possible, but it happened - stillness, peace & total relaxation of body & mind. It was absolutely delicious! I went to yoga not really knowing what to expect . I go to the gym and do more physical classes but I was surprised how... much I enjoyed the me time . Kirsten made it easy to follow her and made you feel at ease when doing something new . I would definitely recommend doing a yoga class and this was a great class to do.read more
